Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. All Custom design orders and Website orders are shipped via Priority Mail, Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. All items purchased a through Beaded Jewels Auction will be send out First Class with Insurance. Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery of items bought from www.beadedjewels.biz and shipped in the US. Custom design orders will be shipped after final customer approval of the order and complete payment has been received by Beaded Jewels. Items ordered together are shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. Next day Orders are shipped with Express Priority with delivery confirmation (track no.) please add shipping option to your cart at checkout. You will be charged the express fee plus regular shipping for Express Priority. Office hours - Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm MST. Website Orders taken before 2.00pm will be sent out same day after 2.00pm sent out next day. Next Day is Not available Internationally.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Beaded Jewels offers a 100%+ customer satisfaction guarantee with all purchased jewelry.
We do not accept goods returned to Beaded Jewels except in the following circumstances: We accept goods returned that have been un-opened and unused - within 7 working days. We only accept returns from the original buyer. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt. No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization. You, the original buyer must contact us, and we must agree to accept it. Returns arriving without prior Authorization will be refused. All returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. All returns to be made to - Returns Department Please contact us to arrange this if you wish to return goods to Beaded Jewels. For our full postal address please email us requesting it at: admin@beadedjewels.biz Telephone: 406-241-4502 office hours Monday-Saturday 9am -5pm MST. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, we advise you to send them registered/recorded so that there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. Please note that all prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars. Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over the weekend and during National Holidays.
REPAIRS
If your jewelry purchase needs repair or completely redone within one year of receipt, it will be fixed at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged by the recipient. If any stones need to be replaced there will be a charge for missing materials. There is no charge for labor but there will be a slight charge for shipping. Please refer for applicable shipping cost mentioned above in the shipping info. All items that are returned for repair or other should be send back with Priority Shipping, Insurance for total amount of your original order and Tracking No.
We request one payment from the customer to cover the return shipping cost which is $for orders that total up to $50.00= $7.65, for orders that total up to $100.00= $8.15, for orders up to $200.00= $8.65, for orders up to $300.00= $10.60, for orders up to $400.00 and over= $11.60
For repairs after one year there will be a charge for any missing materials and labor plus shipping. Any fee for shortening, lengthening or changing a design will be based on the number of strands and time involved and should be requested in advance.

WRONG SIZE ORDERD
For Items that have more the one size options listed on website. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size please contact us as soon as possible at admin@beadedjewels.biz for mailing address. It is advisable to send your order back to us with priority, insurance and tracking no. We will not charge you for the labor, but will ask that you pay the cost of shipping the order back to you with priority, insurance and tracking no.
